From labour work at the start for 4 years to foreman for 5 years, then started his own business in welding, supervising, and managing for the past 19 years. Kimberly Burgardt
Kim has 3 years of experience in Human Resources management. She came to Rev Energy in 2014 and developed an HR Department. Kim also improved the accuracy of budget forecasts, financial reporting and employee recruitment. Previous years were worked in the agricultural sector as a sales representative for 2 years. Also, 10 years experience in sales and marketing.
Jackie Gressner
Jackie stems from an entrepreneurial family background and has understood the value of strong work ethic, methodic management skills, and the importance of relationship building, early on in life. After completing the Petroleum Engineering Technology Certificate program at S.A.I.T. in 1996, Jackie Owns and operates (JMG Resources Ltd. /Alberta Oil and Gas Services), which provides Business Development Strategies and marketing services, within the Energy Sector.

Brent Hebron
Brent is a quality driven professional who has worked in the oil and gas Industry for 28+ years. He has 7+ years of supervisory and management experience. He is extremely safety oriented and has been a driving force in the implementation and maintenance of the company’s COR safety certification. Brent has also had a lead role in obtaining and maintaining Rev Energy’s ISO 9001:2008 certification. Brent has very good leadership skills and works well with others maintaining a positive and efficient work environment for everyone he has worked for or with.
